| Job Description: |
Despite the economy, revenues are up. New position due to growth within an emerging business that develops, manufactures, and markets products for global markets. This is a highly visible role within a fast pace, entrepreneurial business. The chosen candidate will be exposed to financial planning, forecasting, analysis, reporting and special projects that further develop skills critical to career development.
OPPORTUNITY: Center stage role that requires strong project management, prioritization, and financial analysis skills. A quick overview of responsibilities and projects is:
• Prepare detail report monthly on actual variances to budget for all cost and profit centers; this will require root cause analysis and research to determine reasons for variances.
• Analyze revenue trends by sales rep, region, and distributor.
• Assist in sales commission accrual and analysis and generate monthly commission statement for distributors.
• Participate on process mapping of finished goods inventory transactions
• Exploring ways to integrate current Excel based sales forecasting model with SAP to improve demand forecasting
• Analyze product costing, P/L, and impacts on margins.
• Preparing ad hoc analyses to support the optimization of company assets.
• Assist in the establishment and tracking of working capital metrics in support of the monthly closing process.
• Assist on project to improve cash flow forecasting model.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
: BS Accounting or Finance required. Seek 2+ years of financial, business, or cost analysis experience within a product driven business (i.e. consumer goods, capital equipments, OEM supplier, pharmaceutical or medical products). Strong plus is hands on experience with SAP. Strong Excel skills are mandatory. |
