Many of our clients approach expansion in part similar to Venture Capitalist. They have needs to grow and are well funded seeking profit centers. Most of the skill sets desired fall under the umbrella of "Business Analytics". Our client base spans from Start Ups to Established Global consulting or Financial Advisory, and Law firms. Our approach is very different, we conduct our research based on the wants, needs and desires of the groups seeking a more fertile environment to call home, not our clients. Most group leaders are interested in understanding their options without any risk of exposure, at least initially. If you and or your group have an interest in learning more about your specific options on a confidential basis, we may be able to help. Most of the strategic needs are in one of the following disciplines: Transfer Pricing, Business Valuation, Restructuring, Life Sciences, Economics, Litigation Support, Fraud Monitoring. Most of our clients are opportunistic by nature and are looking for new service lines that are a good compliment to there existing practices. We are currently experiencing a unique time frame where many firms are aggressively pursuing expansion. |
