| Job Description: |
Responsible for all aspects of billing and collections processes for his/her assigned team(s). Manages and supervises the Client Account Specialists and ensures optimal billing and collections service. Supports the Billing & Collections Director to develop and implement billing and collections analysis, policies and procedures. Will have contact with partners, core management, clients and the firm’s CFO, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Oversees team to achieve firm’s vision for the billing and collection function. Responsible for managing and achieving performance metrics of the team. |
