| Job Description: |
- Point person for identifying, tracking and resolving all major issues, risks and change control items across multiple projects - Ensure that all project stakeholders are consistently engaged on critical business projects - Develop content for each meeting forum to ensure that all time is spent efficiently and effectively - Align project scope and budget with priorities, and manage the tradeoffs between objectives, given resource & budget constraints - Work closely with business leads to ensure smooth rollout of projects - Ensure business/operational deliverables are developed - Report project status |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
- BS in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or other quantitative discipline - Thorough understanding of project management best practices - 5+ years managing complex, mission critical projects years leading and managing teams of high level professionals - 2+ years working in mortgage finance or a related field - Strong attention to detail - Outstanding written and oral communication skills - Strong work ethic, initiative and drive for excellence - Flexibility to work additional hours on an as needed basis to meet deadlines |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
- REO experience - Post-graduate degree - Knowledge of GAAP, FAS, FIN and SOX standards |
