| Job Description: |
Our client is seeking Appraisers to work in their Dallas, TX National Underwriting Center. The project is expected to last 1-2 years. Appraisers will value residential properties for resale (desk appraisals, not field appraisals). A majority of the homes will be in need of rehab. The appraisers will need to be able to determine what the real value of the home is taking in to consideration, for example: ? Location, age, maintenance history, etc. ? Value reductions that come from all rehabilitation issues. (eg, if all the piping and HVAC has been removed, the individual will need to be able to assess the real value of the property). Appraisers will be responsible for reviewing 20-30 documents per day. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualifications: ? Familiar with value reductions that come from all rehabilitation issues ? 10+ years of residential appraising experience ? Experience valuing properties for resale ? Must have a license or certification or one that has recently expired Candidates will be required to complete a 1 hour online test case. Successful candidates will undergo background and drug screening. |
